I'm by myself, can I register?
Yes, we'll release a team matching portal ahead of the event and you can team up there.
I'm not technical, can I attend?
Yes, we want your unique creativity and taste to be manifested! Team up with brilliant builders here, or sign up as a volunteer.
I really want to come hear the talks and see the demos, but don't have time to compete.

Terms & Conditions
Photography & Recording
By attending this event (the “Event”), you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place. Your image and likeness (“Image Personal Data”) may be captured and used by Dawn Capital LLP (“Dawn” or “we”), our affiliates, Event organisers, service providers, and sponsors for legitimate business purposes, including promotional materials. Dawn processes your Image Personal Data in accordance with our privacy notice, available on our website. If you have questions about how we handle your Image Personal Data or prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please contact us at notices@dawncapital.com before the Event.
Marketing Personal Data
I understand that my personal data submitted as part of my Hackathon application (including my name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, university and / or company name, related websites, submitted projects, and participation data such as scoring results) (“Marketing Personal Data”) may be used for direct marketing purposes by Dawn. Dawn processes your Marketing Personal Data in accordance with our privacy notice, available on our website. If you have any questions how your Marketing Personal Data is being used or if you prefer that we don’t use your Marketing Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, either for this Event or for any following events, please contact us at notices@dawncapital.com.
Talent Personal Data
Please note that Dawn may collect and process your personal data submitted as part of your Hackathon application, including, but not limited, to your name, email address, and LinkedIn profile, and other materials that you provide, such as projects that you submit through your application or during the Hackathon competition. Additionally, we may collect and process data relating to your participation in the competition, including any scoring or evaluation results (“Talent Personal Data”). Dawn may share your Talent Personal Data with Dawn’s current portfolio companies, prospective portfolio companies, and Hackathon sponsors, for the purpose of presenting them with a potential talent pool. Your Talent Personal Data is collected, processed and shared in accordance with our talent acquisition privacy notice which you can find on our website. If you have any questions relating to the collection, processing or sharing of your Talent Personal Data, or if you object to this processing, please contact Gamila Hassan at gamila@dawncapital.com.
Administration Personal Data
Dawn may collect and process your personal data, including, but not limited to, your name and contact details, for legitimate business purposes, including to administer the Event (“Administration Personal Data”). We may also share your Administration Personal Data with third parties such as printing companies or API credit providers that process your Administration Personal Data on our behalf and only for the purposes related to the Event. Dawn processes your Administration Personal Data in accordance with our privacy notice, available on our website. If you have questions about how your Administration Personal Data is handled, please contact us at notices@dawncapital.com before the Event.
Liability & Indemnity
By attending this Event, I agree to assume all of the risks pertaining to and / or associated with the Event, and, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, I agree (i) to waive, release, and discharge Dawn, its affiliated entities and any external organisers, service providers and / or sponsors (as applicable to the Event), from any and all liability for negligent property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, and (ii) to indemnify and hold harmless, any of the aforementioned, against any and all loss, liabilities or claims made by any other individuals or entities as a result of my actions at the Event.
Grand Prize
The Grand Prize is a trip for the winning team to attend NVIDIA GTC 2026 (the “Conference”). The Grand Prize is awarded to the entire winning team up to a maximum of four (4) people (the “Participants”). For each Participant, Dawn will book a package consisting of: Conference ticket, return economy flights, and five (5) nights’ standard hotel accommodation. Participants may request to extend the trip (or make upgrades) and, if approved, they will only need to pay the difference above the value of the package we cover. Dawn will also provide a minimum spending allowance (spending money) to each Participant in an amount of $150 / day.
Travel & Visa
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visas/entry permissions. We do not assist with or sponsor visa arrangements. If a Participant cannot attend for any reason (including visa issues), we will offer a reasonable alternative prize such as a trip to Slush conference (or another comparable conference, of our choosing).
KYC Checks
The Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any) is conditional on successful completion of our KYC checks; if a participant fails or does not complete applicable KYC checks, we may forfeit the Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any) for that participant.
Tax Obligations
The Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any) may be treated as taxable income to the winners under applicable law. Each winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties or other applicable charges arising from acceptance, receipt or use of the Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any). Dawn does not provide tax advice and will not gross up, reimburse or otherwise compensate winners for any tax liabilities.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property rights in any outputs created, developed, or delivered in connection with this Event (including, without limitation, prototypes, code, designs, documentation, data, and data-generated outputs) will remain the property of the relevant participants and/or participating teams and will not transfer or be assigned to Dawn, or to any co-organiser or sponsor.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
